Private Dining
Named
after Lord Byron’s sister with whom he had an incestuous affair (read the
history of Swynford Paddocks), her picture overlooking the layout, this room
is perfect for formal or relaxed dining.
A long
table stretching out from the fireplace offers the guests that chance to
dress up for the evening and entertain friends whilst enjoying the feeling
of being at home. Able to accommodate 12 to 50 guests for a sit down menu
function.
Also
perfect for a drinks and canapés reception this room is universal in it’s
make up and can be tailored to suit the occasion. With an LCD projector and
drop down screen, perfect to show those embarrassing family pictures or how
about a formal retirement presentation dinner.
The
Augusta suite is connected to the luxury marquee and is the reception area
for all large functions, also in the spring and summer month’s access is
possible outside to the upper and lower terraces to relax with a glass of
champagne in the afternoon or early evening air.
Conference and Meeting
Room
The main conference and
meeting room for the hotel, the Augusta Suite
is elegantly furnished and is blessed with an abundance of natural daylight
which flows in through the large picture windows.
This room can
accommodate up to 80 delegates for a theatre style conference, or 30
delegates for a prestigious board meeting.
Conference organizers
can take advantage of the top of the range in-built audio visual system
which includes, LCD projector, 10ft by 10ft drop down screen, sound system
with lapel microphone, DVD player, CD player and tape desk and internet
connectivity in the room.
We have acres of
beautiful grounds right outside the Augusta suite which are more than
suitable for any team building or outdoor activities.
